o Breeding for the development of rice varieties and rice fallow pulses suitable for Tambiraparani command area.

o Yield maximization of rice-fallow pulses.

o Development of technologies for Palmyrah.

o Formulation of IPM technologies for crops.

o Testing and demonstration of labour saving implements in rice cultivation
