Default Master of Engineering - Electrical Power System

I want the details about RWTH Aachen university for engineering Studies in electrical Power system, is it provides centers in India and it provides international education too, so what is the process of it and what is the eligibility required for this course and give me address of the university.

The RWTH Aachen university provides courses in Master of Engineering in Electrical power system And it does not provide its studies in India.

Which contains 2years duration
Admissions starts in the month of October.
The mode of teaching is in English or German

Eligibility required is
Candidates should have a recognized degree of (BSc or BEng) in Electrical Engineering,
Candidates must be able to speak in the Engish (TOEFL 550 paper-based/213 computer-based or IELTS 6.0).

The MS in Electrical Engineering (Electric Power) is a program option for students seeking careers in the electric power industry.

Program Details:
A minimum of 27 units is required to earn the MS in Electrical Engineering (Electric Power) degree.
Required courses: 15 units
Approved Elective courses: 12 units
Other Elective courses may be used upon department approval.

Eligibility Criteria:
An undergraduate degree in engineering, math or hard science from a regionally-accredited university.
Satisfactory cumulative undergraduate GPA (grade point average)
Satisfactory GRE test scores.

All scores must be officially reported to the university directly by ETS.
Satisfactory performance in required coursework:
Two years of college math including differential equations.
One year of engineering physics or electronics with lab.

In addition, the following coursework is recommended:
One course in circuit theory.
One course in computer science or experience with a high level programming language.
One year each in biology and chemistry with labs.

In addition to the general admission criteria, international students whose first language is not English are required to take the TOEFL exam or IELTS to be considered a candidate for admission.

EE 443 | Introduction to Power Systems

EE 524 | Transients in Power Systems
EE 525 | Power System Protection
EE 526 | Renewable Energy in Power Systems
EE 527 | Net-Centric Power System Control
