I want to take admission for the distance education course as I can’t join the regular courses because of timing problem. So I want to know about the distance education courses offered by punjab university chandigarh What is the fee structure for the courses? Where can I get the application form?

i complet my B.A.1 and B.A.second year exam in 2003.but in B.A.final year i got compartment in english as a regular student.due to my personal problems iam not appear in my english compartment paper.there is nine years gape in my studies.can i complete my B.A. 3rd year exam now.
