Change NIOS Subjects?

How i can change the subject when i submitt the examination fees of october exam.

I joined National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) and want details about subject change. Will you provide Procedure for Change of Subject and what the fees?

NIOS is "Open School" to cater to the needs of a heterogeneous group of learners up to pre-degree level.

It was started as a project with in-built flexibilities by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in 1979

Procedure for Change of Subject/Additional Subject

For change of subject/additional subject, you are required to submit your application on plain paper to the concerned Regional Centre of the NIOS through your AI along with the prescribed fee as given below for all categories of learners:

For Secondary Course Rs. 720/- per subject
For Senior Secondary Course Rs. 720/- per subject

Change of Subject/Registration for Additional Subject:

For April-May Examination - 1st July to 15th October
For October - November Examination- 1st January to 15th April
