I. National Defence Academy: 300 Posts
1. Army: 195 posts
2. Navy: 39 posts
3. Air Force: 66 posts
II. Naval Academy (10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme): 55 posts

Age Limit: 18-21 years

How to apply: Candidates may apply online through on official site of UPSC from 04-05-2013 to 03-06-2013.

Important Dates:
Starting date for Submission of Online Application: 04-05-2013.
Last date for Submission of Online Application: 03-06-2013.
Date of Written Examination: 11-08-2013

I m a student of class 12th with PCM subjects. I want to join NDA. What is the process and how do i apply for such. Is there any exam related to this. If any, please provide sample papers. And also tell me about the online application forms availability.

Every year UPSC conduct exams for entering in National Defence Academy. The exam is conducted twice in a year.
Eligibility: 12th Class of 10+2 System of Education/Equivalent for Army and with Physics and Maths for AF & Navy. Only Unmarried candidates are eligible for this examination and candidates be ensure that you cannot marry before the final training completion.



Application form:
You have to fill application on the official site of UPSC. For this follow the steps:
1. Go on the official site of UPSC.
2. On the left side of page you may see UPSC online application.
3. Click on the link and you will see various application forms.
4. Than click on the NDA online application form.

Application fee:
You have to pay rs. 100 at the SBI branch nearest to you as application fee.
