I have searched on the official site of FDA there I haven’t found any information regarding the hall tickets. So here I am providing you the contact address and no. so that you can contact them.

As on today Feb 2014, Karnataka Public Service Commission does not publish latest recruitment notification for First Division Assistants (FDA) position, so here i am giving details about KPSC FDA exam:

For FDA:
14550-350-15600-400-17200-450-19000-500-21000-600-24600-700-26700

Qualification:
The applicant should have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of a recognised University established by law.

Age Limit:
The candidates must have attained the age of 18 years and not attained the age of 40 years in case of a person belonging to the Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes or Cat-I, and 38 years in the case of other category and 35 in the case of General Merit Candidates, on the last date fixed for the receipt of Applications.

Method of Selection:
Commission shall conduct Written Examination for eligible candidates.

Selection is Based on the marks obtained in the written examination and the preference indicated by the candidates, Select list shall be prepared for available vacancies of various Department classified.

Syllabus for Written Examination:

The Written Examination shall consist of two papers.
It shall be objective type with multiple choices

Paper-I:
General Knowledge - 150 marks - 2 hours duration

Paper-II:
General Kannada or General English -150 marks- 2 hours

Now when will KPSC publish latest recruitment notification for FDA exam then i’ll uploaded that on our website here.

Here are some books for Karnataka Public Service Commission First Division Assistants (FDA) exam:

Exam pattern

The Written Examination shall consist of two papers.
It shall be objective type with multiple choices

Paper-I:
General Knowledge - 150 marks - 2 hours duration

Paper-II:
General Kannada or General English -150 marks- 2 hours


SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION:-
The Written Examination shall consist of two papers. It shall be objective type with multiple choices
a) Paper-I : General Knowledge - 150 marks - 2 hours duration

b) Paper-II: General Kannada or General English -150 marks- 2 hours


SYLLABUS
1. Syllabus for the competitive examination for recruitment to the cadre of Assistants and First Division Assistants:

The examination will consist of two written papers, namely,-

a paper on General Knowledge and

a paper on General English or General Kannada

The maximum marks for each paper will be 150. The questions in both the papers will be “Objective Multiple Choice Type”. The duration for each paper will be 2 hours.

2. The paper on General Knowledge will normally conform to the minimum standard relating to General Knowledge, expected of a student who has passed Bachelor’s Degree Examination of a University and will cover questions on the Constitution of India, Indian History and Culture, General and Economic Geography of India, Current Events, every day science and such
matters of every day observation as may be expected of an educated person.

3a. The paper on General English or General Kannada will normally conform to the minimum standard expected of a student who has passed the Bachelor's Degree Examination of a University. It is intended to test candidate’s knowledge of English/Kannada grammar, vocabulary, spelling, synonyms, antonyms, his power to understand and comprehend English/Kannada language and his ability to discriminate between correct and incorrect usage, etc.,

3b. The candidates may answer either the paper on General English or the paper on General Kannada.
