Both MBA and M.Tech course are best courses, as you have done B.Tech in Civil Engineering so I think M.Tech in Civil Engineering will be good for you

It will increase your knowledge in the same field and you get advanced knowledge of it

M.Tech. Civil Engineering or Master of Technology in Civil Engineering is a postgraduate Civil Engineering course

Eligibility

Candidate must have passed B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or equivalent examination

Generally, the admission is through Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) Score Merit List.

According to me you must opt for the M.Tech as you are from technical field then you must not change the field that is going towards MBA

I have passed B.Tech Civil Engineering and now I want to go for post graduation but I am confused between M.Tech and MBA so can you please solve this confusion for me?
