Iowa state university is a public land grant and space grant research university which is situated in the area of Ames of Iowa state in USA. The university was founded in the year of 1858 and is the nation’s most student centered research university.

Admission requirements for the transfer students are given below:
To transfer to Iowa State University, applicant is expected to have earned at least a "C" (2.00) average in all of his college-level courses attempted.
Applicants who don’t have the required GPA for the University will be denied education.

If applicant has not completed 24 transferable semester (or 36 quarter) hours before enrolling at Iowa State, he/she must submit a high school transcript, an ACT or SAT I score, and must meet all Freshman Admission Requirements, also he must earn at least a 2.00 average in all college-level courses that he has attempted.
