Why Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) will conduct second class language test? Is it compulsory for those want apply for any requirement examination which conduct by Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC)? TNPSC conducts second language test for selection of IAS, IPS, IFS, SCS, TNPS & TNFS Officers for various departments. As the competition is growing day by day so in order to select best candidates among many applicants and to upgrade and improve the system this test is conducted by Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission. The selection process varies from service to service but Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission second language exam is compulsory for every service.

You were looking for some information on Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission Second Language Test. I must inform you that it is compulsory to get passed in this examination as it is a part of the eligibility criterion for the candidates who are appearing in the various exams of TNPSC. This examination is conducted to prove that the candidate can speak and write fluent Tamil. The candidates who don’t have sufficient knowledge in Tamil, they can also apply for this exam. They are given a chance to clear this examination in a period of 2 years. Failing this, they will be discharged from their service.
