There is an announcement in a newspaper JN Tata Endowment Scholarships (JNTE) 2012-2013 for students who want to study abroad. Please tell me how to apply for this scholarship.

The JN Tata Endowment Scholarships (JNTE) 2012-2013

The scholarships are awarded for higher studies abroad in all disciplines and subjects. The endowment annually, selects around 120 meritorious scholars through a rigorous selection process for the prestigious scholarships

Eligibility: Only Indian nationals are eligible for the scholarship. Graduates of a recognised Indian university, with a consistently good academic record.
Students in the final year of the degree course and those awaiting final year results may also apply. Academicians and other midcareer professionals, upto the age of 45 years, with experience in their fields, who wish to go abroad for further specialisation may also apply.

How to apply: Completed application forms in all respect along with all the enclosures duly certified should reach the office on or before the last date.

First of all purchase the application form which is available at the administrative office of the Endowment at mulla house 4th floor, 51 M.G road, fort Mumbai 400 001. The cost of the application form is 100/-. You can pay the fee either in the form of DD or cash and then send the completed application form to the office of Endowment till March 5, 2012. If you pay the fee through DD then the DD should be drawn in the favour of “the JN Tata Endowment.

Students those want study in abroad for High they can apply for J. N. Tata Endowment Scholarships. For apply this Scholarships aspire students can get application form from following address before 24 January 2012 on payment of Rs. 100 by cash, or by sending a request by a 'money order' or ‘demand draft’ for the amount, giving the applicant's full name and address in the "Space for Communication". Applying Procedure.

Applications for the loan scholarships are invited by the Endowment once a year, by advertisements in Indian newspapers on the first Saturday of December, for every academic year.

The application is to be made on a dictated form available in the Endowment’s Administrative Office from the first week of December till the dates assigned.

The dictated application form can be got either personally, from the Endowment's Administrative Office on payment of an application fee of Rs. 100 by cash, or by sending a call for a 'money order' or ‘demand draft’ for the amount, giving the applicant's full name and address in the "Space for Communication".

Filled application forms along with all the enclosures duly certified, should arrive the Endowment's office on or before the dates specified for the year for which the scholarship is sought.

Short listed nominees are needed to come for a personal interview carried by relevant subject experts in Mumbai during March – June. The personal interview is mandatory.

When to Apply

The Endowment awards a one-time loan scholarship; applications for which are to be made only at the commencing of the course nominees applying for the scholarship should have applied for admission to the university they plan to join. Students awaiting admission can also apply for the scholarship, the final award of which is subject to their securing admission and obtaining the relevant visa. If a separate selection round is held for the spring semester, applications for the same are got in the month of October of the previous year.
