Seeking admission in Ireland universities

Give me some basic information for all the students who wants to take the admission in Ireland University to pursue higher studies? What are the basis requirement to be fulfilled by a foreign students before applying in Ireland university?

All students wishing to enter a degree course must meet the Matriculation Requirements of the University. So for your help here I am uploading the file for matriculation rules and regulations.
