Whenever its form will release, we will update here for you PCS (Judicial) Exam Eligibility - You must possess a degree of Bachelor of Laws from a University established by the law and approved/recognized by the Bar Council of India. - Your age should not be less than 21 years and not more than 37 years -The upper age limit for a candidate belonging to Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes of all States and Backward Classes of Punjab only shall be up to 42 years. -Upper age limit is relaxable upto 47 years for all States/ Central Government employees. -Upper age limit is also relaxable upto 47 years for Physically Handicapped Persons who have domicile of Punjab -You must be-- Citizen of India or A citizen of Nepal, or A subject of Bhutan or A Tibetan Refugee who came over to India, before the 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East African countries of Kenya, Uganda and the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly-Tranganyika and Zanzibar) Zabia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia with the intention of permanently settling in India. You can give the exam of all State Service Commission Judicial Service exam. You just need to check which all state allows the other states students to appear in this examination.. As per your educational qualification, yes you are eligible for it... |

Punjab Judicial Services (Judicial) Exam which is actually known as the PCS (Judicial) Exam, candidates can attain the post of civil judge in the subordinate courts of Punjab. Form submission dates for PCS Judicial: Important Dates Date of Notification and Start of Online Registration Yet to be announced. Last Date of receipt (Hard Copy) of Application Form alongwith relevant documents: April-2020 Last Date of Submission of Application Form May 2020 Date of Entrance Exam August 2020 Date of Declaration of Result Yet to be announced Punjab Civil Services (Judicial) Eligibility Criteria Candidate can be a Citizen of India or A citizen of Nepal or A subject of Bhutan. Candidates must have completed the bachelor level degree in law from a recognized institute. The age of the candidate should not be less than 21 years and not more than 37 years. The upper age limit for a candidate belonging to Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes of all States and Backward Classes of Punjab only shall be up to 42 years. Upper age is also relaxable up to 42 years for Widows, Divorcees and certain other categories of Women. Physically Handicapped Persons who have domicile of Punjab will be eligible to apply for the examination till the age of 47 years.
