Eligibility:-
You should have Master’s degree in Science or Agriculture in above relevant stream can apply.
Or

Selection:-
If you have passed NET or JRF then you can direct apply for Agriculture PhD.
Otherwise you need to qualify RET exam which is conducted by the BHU.
