JNTU (Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University) was the first place ‘The College of Engineering, Vizagpatnam’ at the time of its organization in 1946. The College is controlled by the rules and guidelines offered by the university from time to time. At present a sprawling campus of one hundred ten acres, green with mango trees in the fast growing Port city of Kakinada, East coast of peninsula India. The college has projects to offer an e-class room on each of Engineering Department. The primary library is located in a classified block housing more than 54,000 volumes and contributed twelve numbers of journals maintained.
