may i know the eligibility of b.ed as i have done b.com with 50% inter with 70% and high school with 46%

B.Ed. stands for Bachelor of Education is generally lasts 1 year. The 1 Year of Course consists of 2 or more Semesters. The duration of the 1st semester can be up-to 16 weeks and 2nd semester can be of 18 weeks (204 working days).

According to your marks which you got in B.Com, inter and high school, you are eligible for admission in B.Ed.

Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a 2 year undergraduate teaching program that enables you to pursue a career in teaching and other related fields.

B.Ed is the bachelor’s degree undertaken to take up teaching as a profession.

B.Ed Eligibility

Educational Qualification:


Candidates need to have completed their graduation in any stream (that is, Arts, Science or Commerce) in order to fulfill B.Ed eligibility criteria.

However, most popular B.Ed colleges allow candidates to take part in their admission process for B.Ed course if they have graduated with at least 50-55% aggregate marks at the UG level.

Age Limit: For B.Ed admissions in a majority of colleges, there is no age bar.

However, admission process of some B.Ed colleges require candidates to be minimum 19 years in age.
