What is the latest notification of the RBI for NBFC? And where I get from the net

I am giving the latest Reserve Bank of India notification for Non Banking Financial Companies for your reference. You can go through it. It is regarding Implementation of Section 51-A of UAPA, 1967-Updates of the UNSCR 1988 (2011) Sanctions list. The notification was given on 22nd November 2012.
