I want to tell you that as on 30 March 2014 there are no updates of the timings of Delhi metro on Diwali 2014 so here for your reference I am giving you the timings of Delhi metro in the year of 2013 on the occasion of Diwali and these timings can be taken as tentative for the year of 2014:

DIWALI (03.11.2013)

On account of the Diwali festival the last Metro train service on 03rd November 2013 (Sunday), will start at 8:00 PM (2000 Hrs) from terminal stations of all Metro Lines including Airport Express Line (Dilshad Garden, Rithala, Jahangir Puri, Huda City Centre, Noida City Centre, Dwarka Sector-21, Vaishali, Kirti Nagar, Inderlok, Mundka, Central Secretariat, Badarpur and New Dellhi & Dwarka Sec-21 Metro stations of Airport Express Line). Metro train services will run as usual for rest of the day on Diwali from 06:00 am onwards on all lines and from 4:45 am on Airport Express Line.

The last train service on Diwali ie on 13th November 2012 was started on 8 pm from terminal stations of all the six lines ( dilshad Garden, rithala, jahangir Puri, Huda City Center, Noida City center, Dwaraka sector, Yamuna bank, Indralok Mundka, central secretariat, badarpur metro station) The rest of the services will perform as usual for rest of the day from 6 am onwards.
