ACCEPTED MODES OF SUBMISSIONS:
SECTION I - ARTICLE:

‘Article’ refers to a comprehensive and thorough analysis of issues related to the theme of the Journal. The Article submitted should deal with law, development; politics or issues related to these and is expected to be comprehensive and thorough. The word limit for articles is between 5,000 to 8,000 words.

SECTION II - COMMENTARIES:
‘Commentary’ refers to academic writing that analyses or is a critique of a recent case, piece of legislation, article or contemporary issues of law. The word limit for Commentaries is between 4,000 to 5,000 words.

SECTION III – BOOK REVIEW:
GJLDP accepts books reviews. Submission should not exceed 3,000 Words. Submission should include complete details of the books including ISBN No., Paper-back/hard bound and price.

SECTION IV - DISCUSSION LETTERS:
GJLDP encourages readers to comment on articles published in GJLDP. It also encourages readers to comment on published articles. All letters containing comments should have the writer’s full name, postal address and affiliations. Submission for Discussion, Letters should not exceed

Submission of Manuscripts:
1. ‘Manuscript’ shall refer to all modes of submissions (as above) made by author(s) to the Editorial Board of the GNLU Journal of Law, Development and Politics (“GJLDP” or “the Journal”).
2. The Manuscripts submitted to the Editorial Board for publication in GNLU Journal of Law, Development and Politics should be an original work and conform to the norms of the Journal.
3. While author(s) are free to submit their manuscripts to multiple journals, the authors must necessarily disclose this knowledge to the Editorial Board of GJLDP.
4. The author(s) must necessarily and immediately notify the Editorial Board of the GJLDP if their submitted manuscript has been confirmed to be published in the other publication(s), at which point it will be removed from consideration to be published by GJLDP.
5. If an author(s) accepts the offer to be published in the GJLDP she or he must immediately withdraw the Manuscript from consideration at other publications and transfer the exclusive copyright to the GJLDP. (Waiver Form available on the website)
6. The author(s) bear sole responsibility for the accuracy of facts, opinions or views stated
in the submitted Manuscript. In case of any gross plagiarism found in the contents of
submitted manuscript, the Manuscript shall be deemed subject to rejection.
7. The final discretion as to the acceptance of the Manuscripts and subsequent possible publication thereof rests with the Editorial Board of GNLU Journal of Law, Development and Politics and all decisions concerning the Manuscripts shall be final and binding on the author(s).
