Can you tell me about the Building Penalisation Scheme of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Hyderabad please tell me about this because I want to about Building Penalisation Scheme of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Hyderabad in detail so ask you about this Building penalization scheme is scheme in which GHMC has penalized buildings whose construction is unauthorized or those which are not according to regulations of GHMC. The BPS applicability as set by GHMC is as Follows Building Penalisation Scheme (herein after called BPS) envisages the penalization and regulation of certain categories ofbuildings. The scheme is applicable to the following cases in the jurisdiction of all Municipal Corporations, Municipalities and Urban Development Authorities in A.P a) Existing Buildings constructed in violation of the sanctioned plan approved by the competent authority from 1-1-85till the date of publication of A.P Municipal Laws and Urban areas(Development) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2007inA.P Gazette i.e 15-12-2007 1. guidelines for compulsory disclosure scheme relating to penalization and regulation of unauthorisedly constructed buildings and buildings constructed in deviation to the sanctioned plan in municipal and urbandevelopment authority areas b) Existing Buildings constructed without obtaining sanction from the competent authority from 1-1-85 till the date of publication of A.P Municipal Laws and Urban areas(Development) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2007in A.P Gazette For more information please find the attached file. Hi Rahul, Thanks for providing very useful information, I would like to know some more information. I'm planning to purchase a house which is constructed in 1982 in the area of 100 Sq Yards. Is it necessary to have BPS for this house? Land is registered one, but don't have permission to construct the house. Please provide the information to make this property eligible for HDFC Home loans. Regards, Nagaraju |
