Strategic Partnership Grants for Projects

Because of broad discussions with the group on NSERC 2020, NSERC has included a Letter of Intent (LOI) stage to the application procedure for the Strategic Partnership Grants for Projects, beginning with the 2017 rivalry cycle. The LOI stage will be compulsory for all applications to Strategic Partnership Grants for Projects (SPG-P). Following an assessment by the Strategic Projects Selection Panels, a select number of LOIs will be welcome to submit full applications. This procedure will diminish the exertion of the examination group in getting ready applications and result in a higher achievement rate generally speaking.
