Default Re: IBAN HDFC Bank

Transfer funds from a local bank outside India to your beneficiary's HDFC Bank Account in India through its correspondent banks around the world with Telegraphic / Wire Transfer. Also, you can open a Rupee as well as foreign currency Fixed Deposit through remittance via wire transfer

Transaction Details

To transmit assets to India, you have to enter the accompanying points of interest in the settlement shape

HDFC Bank's Nostro Account number

HDFC Bank's SWIFT Code

Your or your recipient's record number with HDFC Bank

Transfer directions Eg: Open another NRE Savings Account or to book another FCNR Deposit for 1 year in US$.

Remittance Form

It would be ideal if you download SWIFT/Wire Transfer Form

If you don't mind note:

While dispatching reserves for FCNR Deposit, don't say your NRE/NRO Savings Account Number to keep away from the assets getting changed over to INR. You could say your client ID number for reference.

It would be ideal if you specify the reason code in field 70/72 in the settlement frame

SWIFT/Wire Transfer Form
