Kerala Engineering, Agriculture and Medical (KEAM) exam is a state level entrance test in Kerala state:

Application Fee:

The application fee was Rs. 800/- for general categories and Rs. 400/- for SC Applicants.

No application fee was charged for ST candidates.

Applicants opting Dubai as a centre have to pay Rs. 12,000/- plus application fee.

The fee payment can be done using credit card/debit card/net-banking and e-challan. Payment can be made in cash at Selected branches of State Bank of Travancore (SBT) in India or All Head and Sub Post Offices in Kerala state.

Exam Pattern

No of Papers; The examination was conducted in two papers.

Duration: The duration of each paper was two and half hours.

Type of Questions: The questions are of multiple choice questions type and based on single response.

For each question, five optional answers were given, candidates have to choose the right one only.

Mode of Exam: The exam was conducted in pen and paper based mode.

No of Questions: Each paper contains total 120 questions.

Marking Scheme: Four marks will be given for each correct response.

Negative Marking: One mark will be deducted for each incorrect response.

Negative marking will also be done for multiple answers.

There will no marks be deducted for no response.
