Here are the details of the dual degree program of the MFA & MBA at the University of Michigan-

This is a four-year program that gives enrolled graduate students two degrees upon completion of their studies—Master of Fine Arts (MFA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA). The program is a coordinated curriculum between the U-M Stephen M. Ross School of Business and U-M School of Art & Design at the University of Michigan this program is one of the first in the USA.

The dual degree program expands business students traditional coursework to include a study of perception, design processes and visual media culture.

You will need one year less of study while studying this course at the university than pursuing the two degrees independently.

While pursuing the degree at the university you need to apply separately to the school’s that are providing this courses at the university.

Address-

University of Michigan

The dual degree program of MBA and the MFA at the university of Michigan are provided at the Rackham school of the university.

Rackham Dual/Joint Degree programs are those programs that are officially sponsored by two different departments whose programs are being studied at the school,or schools whose combined curricula have been reviewed and approved by the Graduate School's Executive authority.

An individual opting for the dual degree program is admitted to two separate programs that are inseparable. The individual must be working towards two degrees that are dependent upon each other. And the candidate will receive two separate diplomas of the subjects that he has opted for.

As you are looking for the form of the dual degree program of the MBA and MFA here is the form in the form of pdf kindly have a look of it.
