I want to become IAS. Recently I have completed B.E Degree and now want to start preparation for UPSC Civil Service Exam. So please give important helpful tips for UPSC Civil Service Exam to become IAS? Can you give tips in pdf file?

Manage your time effectively
Take online mock tests regularly
Start preprations early
Reach out to fellow aspirants and Discuss topics
Find out everything about the exam
Give your opinion and discuss the news daily
Start giving IQ tests and getting to know about logical reasoning
Subscribe to a magazine and read articles with understanding
Read the news paper regularly
Take up online test series for regular practice
Make short notes
Remember to have a good mix of books and self made notes
Do selective reading
Set a schedule
Look for notes and study material that are short and effective.
Listen to the short news and do not waste time in listening to unnecessary discussions
Use memory techniques that speed up your learning.

Here I am giving some Dos and Don'ts for preparing Prelims exam:

Final preparation must start by testing yourself with the revision-type Model Test Papers.
Do not get discouraged by initial low score.
Make a regular note of areas you have covered and what remains to be covered.
Do not overstretch your reading while covering different areas.
Do not get stuck at any one question, move on to other questions.
Since there is negative marking, attempt only the answers which you are sure of.
Keep testing yourself at a regular interval.
Revise your notes a number of times.
Answer the easy ones first and attempt the difficult ones at the end.
Be analytical in while you are weighing your response.
Rework on your weak-spots
