Medical Proforma for UPSEE

Hi I would like to have the information about the application for the UPSEE 2017 Examination as well as the required medical standard and the information brochure for UPSEE 2017?

Application to the UPSEE-2017 can be made On-Line as it were. Applicants are required to fill the Application Form On-Line through the site.



On-Line application shape through the site can be submitted from eighteenth January 2017 (11:00 AM) to 28th February 2017 (05:00PM).

Competitors are encouraged to peruse this Information Brochure precisely, check their qualification and relevant reservation classification and so forth before filling and presenting the application shape.

This Entrance Examination is interested in the hopefuls who have passed the qualifying examination from any organization situated in U.P. or, on the other hand whose guardians are residence of U.P subject to the qualification conditions given

in this Information Brochure. In the event that the hopeful has passed qualifying examination from outside U.P., he/she needs to create house testament of his/her folks (Father OR Mother just) at the season of check of the archive.

Medical Standards

Aspirants will have to submit a certificate of Medical fitness/ handicap on Certificate number 9 at the time of counselling.

The medical standards prescribed are given below:

Medical Standards Applicable:

Height, Weight and Chest measurement
Candidate should be physically fit to pursue his/her studies in opted course.

Heart and lungs
No abnormality

Hernia, Hydrocele, Piles etc.
Presence of any of these is to be corrected before joining.

Vision
Normal. If defective, it must be got corrected to 6/9 in the better eye and 6/12 in the worse one. Eyes should be free from congenital or any other disease.

Hearing
Normal. If defective, it must be got corrected before joining.

Physically Handicapped/Disabled

The candidate having any one type of physical handicap/ disability given below.
Physically Handicapped / Disabled:

Type – I Minimum 40% permanent Visual impairment
Type – II Minimum 40% permanent Locomotors disability
Type – III Minimum 40% permanent speech and Hearing impairment
