SHCIL has been advanced by All India Public Financial Institutions and Insurance Majors. SHCIL is known for its Security, Integrity, wide system and concentrate on innovation.

E-stamping is a PC based application and a secured electronic method for stamping archives. The predominant arrangement of physical stamp paper/franking is being supplanted by E-stamping framework.

SHCIL is the main CRA selected by the Government of India. Focal Record Keeping Agency is in charge of User Registration, Imprest Balance Administration and general E-Stamping Application Operations and Maintenance. CRA will choose ACC's who will issue testaments to the customers at their counters.

e-Registration Fees Collection framework is a safe electronic method for Collection of Registration Fees alongside the Other Charges and installment instrument to the State Government. It is a stage towards e-Governance which guarantees that Registration expense and Other Charges paid by open achieves the Government securely. e-Stamping is as of now operational in the State of Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, NCT of Delhi and Punjab and now the individual State Governments have delegated StockHolding as the Registration Fee Collection Agency for Computerisation of the Registration System.

StockHolding gives an accommodation of making the installment of Stamp Duty (by means of e-Stamping framework) and Registration Fee (through e-Registration System) in the meantime.
