Hi I would like to have brief about Mobile Banking offered by HDFC Bank as well as the details of the InstaAlerts – SMS & Email service offered by the Bank?

InstaAlerts - SMS and Email

Charges Applicable for InstaAlerts

Compelling first April 2013, clients enlisted for InstaAlert benefit with "SMS" as the ready conveyance channel, would be charged as takes after:

Compensation/Savings Account : Rs. 15/ - barring charges per quarter

Current Account : Rs. 25/ - barring charges per quarter

It would be ideal if you note:

Clients who have chosen just "Email" as the conveyance channel for accepting InstaAlerts won't be charged.

Charge/Credit Card Transaction alarms sent according to administrative rules and NetBanking exchange cautions don't shape some portion of InstaAlert Service. Clients who are not enrolled for InstaAlert administration will keep on getting these cautions for nothing out of pocket.

What are the kinds of alerts that I can get?

You can register for any or all of the following alerts:

• Debit transactions greater than Rs. 5,000/ Rs.10, 000/ Rs. 20,000/Rs. 50,000
• Credit in account greater than Rs. 5,000/ Rs.10, 000/ Rs. 20,000/Rs. 50,000
• Account Balance below Rs. 5,000/ Rs.10, 000/ Rs. 20,000/Rs. 50,000
• Weekly account balance
• Salary Credits
• Utility bill payment due Alert
• Alert for cheque bounce due to insufficient funds
