All students living in CCCU (Canterbury Christ Church University) accommodation have to pay in full or make arrangements to pay before they move into their accommodation. The University provides an online payment system which is an easy, flexible way of paying your accommodation fees by debit or credit card. Payments are to be made online and all information is held in safe and secure environment. One must set up an arrangement to pay as part of the online acceptance of accommodation offer. There are two payment options which can chose from: Paying full accommodation fees before moving into accommodation Paying accommodation fees in 3 equal instalments by debit or credit card Administration Fee There is a non-refundable administration fee of £125 when accept a University Accommodation Licence Agreement. One will need to pay this when accept University Accommodation offer. Paying your Accommodation Fees in Full If one pays full accommodation fees for the whole year before the start of the first term in September, or within 14 days of arrival, it will give £250 back during the year in the form of a credit for Catering and Food Court Services. This will be credited to one’s card in 3 equal amounts each term. Paying your Accommodation Fees by Instalments One may choose to pay accommodation fees in three equal instalments. Payments will be due on the following dates for 2016/17: 1st payment 29th September 2016 2nd payment 11th January 2017 3rd payment 28th April 2017 Payment method The University accepts Visa and Mastercard debit and credit card payments.
