The School of Planning and Architecture was established in 1941.

It is an “Institution of National Importance” Under an Act of Parliament (Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India).

Under Graduate Courses
Bachelor of Architecture
Bachelor of Planning

Admission Requirements
Students must passed in class 12th with Science Stream.

Admission will be done through Entrance Exam.

5 Years for B.Arch Course
4 Years for B.Plan Course

Fee Structure:
Course Fee
Rs.31,300/- per annum including refundable of Security Deposit Rs.10,000/-

Hostel Fee (for hostlers only)
Rs.16,100/-per annum including refundable Security Deposit of Rs.6,000/-

Mess Fee (for hostlers only)
Rs.5,500/-per annum including refundable Security Deposit of Rs.2,000/-
