National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), New Delhi was established in 1987 by the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India,

As you asking I am telling National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) Faculty Development Programme (FDP) aimed at creating a pool of interested, motivated & trained manpower in the field of fashion education.

Faculty Development Programme (FDP) is one year Diploma programme offered at NIFT Delhi, Hyderabad & Mumbai. The top five achievers of this programme at each centre may be offered faculty positions at NIFT.

Eligibility criteria
Qualifying degree recognised by law in India with a minimum CGPA 6.5 or 65% or equivalent. Industry/Research/Teaching experience will be an added advantage.
