Yes, there is an NRI quota for admission to Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and here I will get details of admission.

Admission Information
For undergraduate Programmes (B.Tech / Dual Degree):

Foreign Nationals [Foreign passport holder or have either Person of Indian
Origin (PIO) or Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) interested in pursuing their undergraduate studies at IITs i.e. B.Tech. and Dual Degree have to appear
Paper-1 of JEE (Main) conducted by CBSE

MTECH Programs
1 Qualifying Degree (as per the M.Tech. Admission Brochure of IIT Madras) from India (except from IITs) / Abroad and with valid GATE score. For details and submission of online application visit: mtechadm.iitm.ac.in.

2 Qualifying Degree (as per the M.Tech. Admission Brochure of IIT Madras) from IITs with CGPA is 8.0 and Above.

Payment of Fees

[For UG/PG/Research based programmes]
All selected Foreign Nationals will be required to pay fee as follows:

(a) US $ 2000 (Annual fees) + US $ 261 (towards one time fee, deposits and application cost) for SAARC Countries

(b) US$ 4000 (Annual fees) + US $ 261 for other Countries for full time students

(c) Hostel fee: Rs. 20,150/-(approx.) per semester
