IIM Shillong Selection Criteria is published by IIM Shillong. The admission in IIM is done in two levels. The first is to appear in CAT and qualify the test. IIM Selection Criteria enlists the minimum percentile required in CAT exam which is required to be eligible for IIM Admissions. Shortlisted candidates are called for further stages of selection involving Writing Skills Assessment Test (WSAT) and Personal Interview (PI). The candidates will be selected in two phases after announcement of CAT. In the first phase, a short list of candidates would be declared for the Writing Skills Assessment Test (WSAT) and Personal Interview (PI). In the second phase, a final merit list will be prepared based on which admission will be offered. Scores of WSAT and PI will be used along with overall CAT performance for preparation of the final merit list for admission offer.
