The National Law University Jodhpur offers unique five year integrated undergraduate programs i.e. B.B.A., LL.B.(Hons.); B.A., LL.B.(Hons.); B.Sc., LL.B.(Hons.) to generate especially skilled global legal professionals. These integrated programs offer highly demanding honors courses in various facets of law such as Constitutional Law, Business Law, Trade Law, International Law, Criminal Law and Intellectual Property Rights Law. Under Graduate Courses Intake- The intake capacity of all the three undergraduate degree programmes (B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons), B.A., LL.B. (Hons), put together is 100 students + 15 (NRI)/NRI Sponsored.) Reservation- The break up of the intake capacity is as under : Scheduled cast : 15% Scheduled Tribes : 7.5% Physically Handicapped 3% seats in each category are reserved for physically challenged students. Candidates seeking admission in NLU, Jodhpur can opt from either of 2 streams namely B.A. and B.B.A. Minimum of 20 students will be required for offering any of the streams i.e. B.A. and B.B.A. on the basis of CLAT merit. Eligibility All candidates, other than those applying under the Foreign Nationals category, should appear for the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) and selection shall be solely on that basis. Eligibility : 10+2 examination from a recognised board with not less than 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of SC/ST candidates) Candidate should be below 20 years of age (22 years in case of SC/ST and PWD candidates). Candidates appearing in the 12th exam can also apply. Admission to the B.A.LL.B (Honours) Program shall exclusively be based on the performance of the candidate in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT).
