Mumbai University Rules for ATKT

Suppose i am the student of fybcom i am not clear in atkt of first semester but i am clear in sem 2 in all subjects. Is i am eligible for sybcom

I want to ask... last year 1000/ rs were charged from me to pay the ATKT Fees. Exam held in March 2018. And now they are returning the balance amount to the students. One of my friend is going to get 750/ rs refund.. whereas i am going to get only 50/ rs .

whyy????.. As you can charge 1000/ rs for number of subjects. But while refunding you are checking the no. of subjects and accordingly giving the balance fees.

Isn't it unfair
