XAT examination is of 140 minutes. The examination comprises of 200 objective type questions and an essay that should be written in 300 words.

1st section comprise of 80 general English questions.
2nd set of reasoning and quantitative ability questions and it contains 60 questions.
3rd and last part includes 60 general awareness questions.

Xavier Admission Test for 2012 was given on 8th January.

XAT Exam is one of the biggest MBA entrance exams which most MBA aspirants attempt along with CAT.

It opens doors to some of the best B-Schools in India including the flagship XLRI Jamshedpur which conducts the exam.

The XAT Exam stands for Xavier's Aptitude Test and attracts over 75,000 aspirants every year.

The XAT Score is accepted by over 150 colleges with the top colleges in the bracket being:

MICA Ahmedabad
IMT Ghaziabad

Exam pattern:

XAT Marking Scheme

+1 mark for a correct answer

- 0.25 mark for an incorrect answer

Beyond 8 unanswered questions, 0.05 marks will be deducted for each unanswered question.

Starting of application form 3rd week of August 2020
Last date of application Last week of November 2020
Releasing of admit card 3rd week of December 2020
Exam Date 1st week of January 2021
Publication of result Last week of January 2021
