Molecular dissection of polyamine mediated hyper-osmotic stress tolerance in cultivars of indica rice (DBT, Govt. of India, RGYI-Grant); 2013-2016. PI: Dr. Bhaskar Gupta, Co-PIs: Dr. Kamala Gupta and Dr. Arijit Bhattacharya (Tripura University, Tripura).

Culture dependent and independent analyses of prokaryotic communities from the burrows, casts, and guts of earthworms from in and around Kolkata (West Bengal Biodiversity Board, Govt. of West Bengal; 2012-2015. PI: Dr. Bhaskar Gupta, Co-PI: Souryadeep Mukherjee.
