Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is a University established under section 3 of the UGC Act 1956. The University focuses on higher education and research in the areas of Engineering, Medicine, Management, Science, Education, Mass Communication and Social Work. The AEEE Examination is conducted for Admission into the Engineering courses of the Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham the details of the Entrance test is given below : Eligibility Criteria : A pass in 10+2 (class XII) or its equivalent securing an aggregate of 60% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with not less than 55% marks in each of these three subjects (or) A three-year Diploma in Engineering with minimum 60% marks, awarded by any State Board of Technical Education Exam pattern : The exam will be of two hours and thirty minutes The question paper will only be presented in the English language It will contain Multiple Choice Questions, from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, which will cover the syllabus of class XI and XII There will be 100 questions of 3 marks each, making the examination total for 300 marks For marking incorrect answer, negative marking of 1 mark will be done.
