Hello sir, I am Salman. I am from Jaipur. I forgot my transaction password of Punjab National Bank internet banking. Can you help me by providing me with the steps to reset it?

Process flow

You will be required to enter the internet banking user-id and the facility type for which passwords need to be re-set (Login or Transaction or Both)
On successful validation of the entered data an OTP will be delivered to your registered mobile number
Once OTP is validated to be correct, you will be taken to a screen where you will be asked to validate Account details/ATM credentials
On successful validation of entered details, you will be taken to next screen, where you can set your passwords

General guidelines

This facility is only for Retail IBS users
The facility is available only for self operated saving and current account customers
Users for whom internet banking services have been disabled will not be able to use this facility
Only limited attempts per day would be available to the customers who wants to avail this facility
You will not be able to successfully complete the process if the desired details provided by you are incorrect/ incomplete

You can also visit your nearest branch if you have any problem.
