Chaitanya started in Pune in the year 1999 as a Charitable Trust registered under Bombay Public Trust Act 1950 to offer comprehensive treatment and community based Psychosocial Rehabilitation for those suffering from chronic mental disorders.

Chaitanya Mental Health Care Centre is led by a dedicated board of trustees as well as professional Advisory Board, made up of eminent and experienced Psychiatrists and Social Workers.



Objectives:

-Providing Psychosocial Rehabilitation services to the individuals suffering from mental illness.

-Offering Psychological and Social Support to the families of the mentally ill.

-Promoting Mental Health and creating Awareness about mental illness in the community.

-Networking with other organizations working in the field of Mental Health.
