The MBA Programme at Yangon Institute of Economics the first MBA Programme in Myanmar launched in June 1995
The MBA programme is offered in the English Language.
The year is divided into 4 quarters.
Three courses of four credit units each are offered in each quarter.
To complete the MBA, the candidates must take 24 courses to obtain the required 96 credit units.

Admission Requirement:
A Bachelor Degree from any recognized university
Official Transcript
NRC card
The candidate must have above 25 years of age
The candidate must have five years experience as gazette officers if government servants or who have five years experience as executives if employed by companies
Recommendation letter from Company with Company letter head for working experience
Recommendation letter from Township
A Pass in Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) like examination conducted by Yangon Institute of Economics, and the candidates are highly conversant with computer and internet operation
