As you want I am here giving you information about the Salary / Stipend offered by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) to candidates recruited on JRF post. Emoluments/ stipend for JRF to be paid by ICMR: 1st year Rs. 25,000/- 2nd year Rs. 25,000/- 3rd year Rs. 28,000/- Eligibility for JRF post : Academic: Postgraduate degree holders in Life Sciences/ Social sciences stream or equivalent examination. Subject streams: I. Life Sciences: Zoology. Botany, Biochemistry. Bio-informatics Biophysics, Biotechnology, Microbiology. Physiology. Molecular Biology, Genetics. Human Nutrition, Human Biology, Environmental science Immunology. Social Science: Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Social work. Home Sciences, Statistics, etc. Upper age limit: Not more than 28 years . Relax able by 5 years for SC/SI
