CMC,VELLORE diagnosed in January,2012 "PROGRESSIVE CEREBELLAR SYNDROME WITH SENSORY ATAXIA PROBABLE SPINOCEREBELLAR ATAXIA " Now, I wish to have appointment of right departmental doctors of NIMHANS, Bangalore.

I HAD MY FIRST APPOINTMENT AT NIMHANS ON 1ST JUNE,2015 AT PSYCHIATRY DEPARTMENT WITH DR SATISH. HE SUGGESTED ME TO STAY THERE FOR 21 DAYS. FOR THAT I AM GOING TO NIMHANS,BANGALORE ON 10TH AUGUST, 2015. DO I NEED ANY PREVIOUS APPOINTMENT FOR THAT OR SHOULD I GO DIRECTLY TO NIMHANS AND I WILL GET THE APPOINTMENT ON THE SAME DATE?
