Yes Communication skills is too necessary to operate business, as you asking here I am telling some tips for developed Communication skills for business

Generate trust rather than distrust

Be collaborative rather than present a monologue

Aim to simplify rather than inject complexity

Deliver with tact and avoid insensitivity

Position future potential instead of achievements alone


Consider the listener perspective rather than the presenter

Tend toward specifics rather than generalizations

Capitalize on emotions as well as logic

Lead with empathy before your own perspective

Give your attention

Listen, not just hear

Don't let your mind wander

Check for accuracy

Be aware of other's needs


Keep an open mind - Do not criticize

Offer advice, don't give advice

Create feelings of equity

Develop comfortable relations

Motivate others -

Keep a sense of humor
