Sir, I tried to withdraw Rs.10000 from an SBI bank atm, through my IOB Debit card, money didnt come out from machine but I got a transaction slip mentioning " Unable to dispense" and amount has been deducted from my account. So provide me the customer care of IOB Bank ???
