As you want to get the details of recruitment for the post of police constable in Kolkata Police Recruitment Board so here is the information of the same for you:

I want to tell you that right now in the year of 2014 there is no such recruitment so here for your reference I am giving you the details of recruitment of 2013:

Physical Eligibility:–
(1) Minimum Height – 167 cms.
(2) Minimum Chest – 78 cms. with minimum expansion of 5 cms. by inhalation.
(3) Minimum Weight – 55 Kg.
Relaxation in Physical eligibility for the post of Constable will be given to
GORKHAS, GARWALIS, RAJBANSIS and ST in the following manner:-
(1) Minimum Height – 160 cms.
(2) Minimum Chest – 76 cms. with minimum Expansion of 5cms. by
inhalation
(3) Minimum Weight 52 Kg.

Important Dates
Last Date for Application Submission Will be 10th May 2013 .

Age Limit:
Candidates must not be less than 18 Yrs and more than 27 Yrs as on 01.01.2013. Upper age limit is relaxable for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe Candidates by 5 (Five) Yrs and for OBC candidates by 3 (Three) Yrs..
