As you want to get the admission requirements and the entrance exam details to get admission in M.Sc Biotechnology in M.S. University of Baroda so here is the information of the same for you:

Eligibility:
Candidates must have Bachelor's degree under the 10+2+3 pattern of education in Physical sciences, Biological sciences, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Veterinary, Fishery Sciences or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology or Medicine (MBBS) or B.D.S with minimum 55% marks.

Mode of Selection:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in All India Level Combined Open Entrance Examination conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi for all the participating Universities in India.

Application forms will be available from the office from the last week of February every year. Advertisement will be seen in major English dailies and Employment news.

Candidates are advised to exercise in the Application Form all options for all the participating Universities in order of their preference for admission to the M.Sc Biotechnology programme.

Scholarships:
Students selected for admission to M.Sc Biotechnology Programme of the participating Universities which are financially supported by the Department of Biotechnology (Govt. of India) will be eligible to receive scholarship at the rate of Rs. 800/- p.m.

Reservations:
15%, 7½ and 3% of seats shall be reserved for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Physically Handicapped candidates respectively. All the SC/ST and PH candidates who have passed the qualifying examination are eligible to apply irrespective of their percentage of marks in the qualifying degree examination.

This year entrance exam was conducted on 26th June 2012. on the basis of score which obtain in entrance exam, university take admission. This year entrance exam is over but you can apply for next year exam which will also held in month of June and application form will start to buy in month of April.
