The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts Common Written Examination (CWE) for selection of Clerical Cadre vacancies in the Public Sector Banks. The selection procedure is as following: The selection procedure has two stages, the first one is Common Written Examination and second stage is Common Interviews conducted by IBPS. Common Written Examination Each candidate will have to secure a minimum score and also on total to be considered to be called for interview. Common Interviews Students who been short listed in the examination for CWE Clerks-III will subsequently be called for an Interview; total marks allotted for Interview are 100. The minimum qualifying marks in interview will not be less than 40% Students successfully qualified in both the CWE and Common Interview will be listed in the order of merit. Then candidates shortlisted will be allotted to one of the Participating Organisations, keeping in view the spirit of Govt. I have knowledge about the IBPS Exam. So here I am providing you information abut the selection procedure. IBPS PO Selection Procedure IBPS PO Selection Procedure: IBPS is conducting Common Written Examination for the recruitment of PO/ MT vacancies in Public Sector Banks which will be conducted online. Selection Process: The IBPS PO/MT selection process carried out in three stages, the first one is Preliminary Examination, second stage is Main Examination and third stage is Common Interview conducted by IBPS. Online Examination: it consists two phases, preliminary and main which consists of objective type questions. Total marks of the Preliminary exam is 100 and duration is 1 hour and total marks on Main exam is 200 marks and duration is 2 hours. There will be Negative Marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each test and also a minimum total score to be considered to be short listed for interview. Common Interview: Candidates who have been short listed in the examination for CWE PO/MT-IV will be called for an Interview. A candidate should qualify both in the CWE and interview and be sufficiently high in the merit to be short listed for subsequent provisional allotment process. Allotment: its all depending on the vacancies to be filled in during the financial year 2016-17 based on the business needs Eligibility; Age Limit :– Under IBPS Eligibility Criteria for PO 2015 Interested candidates must have age between 20 – 30 years. Education Qualification :- Under IBPS PO Recruitment Eligibility Criteria applicants must have completed their Graduation Degree from any recognized university. Applicants also required their mark sheet numbers while they submit IBPS PO online form 2015.
