As you want to get the details of eligibility criteria and the selection process of entrance exam of CEE Kerala so here is the information of the same for you:

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have passed BAM/ Ayurvedacharya/ BAMS from the colleges having CCIM recognition and BAMS Degree of Universities in Kerala or its equivalent degree recognized by the University of Kerala with 50% of marks for theory and practical separately in each subject.

Students who have passed the BAMS/ BAM examination before 1995 from the Universities of Kerala without 50% of marks for theory and practical are eligible for MD (Ay).

Age Limit:
Should not be over 45 years of age

Selection Process:
PG Ayurveda Courses Admission will be based on Entrance Examination
Entrance Examination will consist of two papers
Exam duration is two hours and with 150 questions each
Paper I will cover question on all the subjects of B.A.M./ B.A.M.S. Examination (First year to the Final year)
Part II will consist of the question on specialties at graduate level
Each question will have four responses, marked A,B,C and D
Each correct answer will be awarded three marks
One mark will be deducted each wrong answer
Entrance Examination will be conducted in two sessions at Thiruvananthapuram

CEE Kerala Fee for Ayurveda Courses:
Rs.1000/- for General/ Service candidates and Rs.500/- for SC/ ST candidates.

As you ask for the test dates of Ayurvedic Medical PG entrance, so I am providing it for you, and I am also providing some other important details too.

Ayurvedic Medical PG entrance test will be held on June,2016, so be attentive.


Ayurveda which means the knowledge of life is one of the oldest forms of treatment. It was invented in India. The Ayurvedic medicines are basically prepared from natural herbs, vegetable, fruits and minerals. The chance for side effect is minimal, but it may vary from person to person.

Eligibility Criteria:

The candidate who is applying for the course should be an Indian citizen.
He/she must have a BAM /Ayurvedacharya /BAMS from the colleges acknowledged by the CCIM and a Degree in BAMS or its equivalent degree with a minimum of 50% of marks separately for theory and practical.
They should also have a Certificate from the Medical Council.

Career Prospects:

The importance of Ayurveda has increasing day by day, not only domestically but also at international level also. An Ayurveda specialist can find employment in a variety of hospitals and colleges and he/she can also establish his own private clinic. The initial salary package may not be so attractive but when the aspirant has become a professional in the field, he/she can earn more than they got as a fresher. The basic government salary for an Ayurvedic practitioner is around Rs.12, 000 – Rs.18, 000 each month.
