Maths Important in 12th Commerce for CA ,BBA,B.Com courses

Is it important to have maths as an additional subject with Commerce in 12th to opt for CA ,BBA,B.Com Courses?

I want to tell you some thing about it. If you have done 12th in commerce then you can do all type of courses which is mentioned above.

For CA or BBA or B com course mathematics in 12th commerce is not compulsory. You can easily get admission in CA course without having mathematics subject in 12th with commerce.

Basic knowledge of Maths is necessary. It’s not a compulsory subject. Colleges first prefer to those applicants who have studied Mathematics in their 12th.

Eligibility for BBA is less strict than for B.Com. Institutes in general will accept anybody who’s passed 10+2 in any stream with at least a 50% aggregate.

• IT companies
• Advertising agencies


Eligibility: A pass in Mathematics is a must for students pursuing B.Com, though the course is open to both science and commerce graduates.

• Tax Practitioner
• Junior Accountant

Mathematics subject is a reputed subject that provides you many career options in future.. for mathematics students many options are available ..

I have done 12th in commerce. now I am thinking about the CA ,BBA,B.Com courses. so here can you tell me that , Maths is Important or not in 12th Commerce for these courses?
