Hello sir would you please provide me information about what are the things required in DLSU Admission Confirmation The DLSU means De La Salle University’s a Catholic coeducational institution founded in 1911 by the Brothers of the Christian Schools. Proceed to the Enrollment Services Hub (ESH) and present an original or certified true copy of College Transcript of Records for evaluation. (NOTE: The Front Desk of the Office of Admissions and Scholarships is now being serviced at the Enrollment Services Hub located at the 2/F Henry Sy Sr. Hall. The Front Desk is open from 0800 to 1800 (Mondays to Fridays) and from 0800 to 1500 (Saturdays), with no lunch break. ) 2. Claim referral slip and pay the College of Law Admissions/Testing fee at the Accounting Office, which is also located at the Enrollment Services Hub. o For non-DLSU graduates: PhP 1500.00 o For De La Salle District Schools graduates: PhP 1200.00 o For DLSU graduates: PhP 1000.00 3. Present the Official Receipt to secure the application kit. 4. Submit the accomplished application form and the required documents to get the testing permit. 1. Three identical (3) 2”x2” photographs 2. Photocopy of Birth Certificate from NSO (or any valid substitute) 3. Two (2) letters of recommendation from former undergraduate or graduate professors or employers who could attest to the applicant’s qualification for the Law Program 4. Updated curriculum vitae/résumé (if applicant is working) 5. Personal Statement containing career objectives (see Personal Statement Guide in the Application kit) 6. Certificate of Good Moral Character from the last school attended 5. Take the test on the scheduled date upon presentation of the testing permit. 6. Access test result through the DLSU website. 7. Attend the interview, if accepted. The College of Law Screening Committee will contact successful applicants who pass the JDAT for an interview appointment. The interview is mandatory as part of the admission criteria and will be included in the evaluation of the student for admission. 8.
